MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Will work in all areas of general maintenance; electrical, carpentry, plumbing, general building maintenance. Employee will be expected to function in all Facilities Management areas as directed by the Director of Facilities Management or assigned supervisor.

Additional duties may be required for the grounds, house keeping, maintenance repair garage and house cleaning.

Major Duties

• Perform general maintenance and daily tasks as assigned at all Lakeside owned and leased facilities.
• Follow and work from simple verbal instructions or written work orders, and set preventative maintenance schedules.
• Completing and returning assigned Work Orders as instructed.
• Secure facility as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned for the following departments: Grounds, House Keeping, Maintenance Repair Garage, and House Cleaning.

Experience

• Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years multi craft maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Experience with computers.

Skills

• Experience required with buildings and grounds maintenance.
• Experience with various maintenance tools and equipment.
